‘Ali Akbar, the son of Karbalayi Husayn, on behalf of Rubabah Khanum and others whose names are listed, sells a property to Husaynquli, the son of Mulla ‘Abd al-Rahim, and Karbalayi Najafquli, the son of Karbalayi Habib Allah, for 14 tumans, half of which belongs to Rubabah Khanum.

Sale documents of Zulaykha Khanum
1- Zulaykha Khanum, the daughter of Mashhadi Vali, and with her brothers sell the use of water to Bakhsh‘ali and Hasanquli, the sons of ‘Abbas, for thirty five tumans; she has given power of attorney to her brother, ‘Abbasquli, to receive this money (1922). 2- Zulaykha Khanum sells a property to her brother for fifteen tumans (1932).

Settling share of inheritance, 1827
Shaykh Masih, son of Shaykh Muhammad from Kahnah, settles with Qayid Haji, son of Haji Darvish [illegible] from Kahnah, over a piece of land with its own spring called Muzhdan on behalf of himself and two of his sister's children. They receive six thousand and four hundred dinars from Qayid Haji, dated November 13, 1827. On verso: three years later, this property was transferred to Shu‘ayb, son of ‘Abd al-Rahman, who in turn gives the property to Khvajah ‘Abd al-Vahid from Evaz and receives six thousand and four hundred dinars; Haj Shaykh Ahmad, son of ‘Ali from Evaz, was present during...

Settlement of Nisa’ Khanum and Mulla ‘Abd al-Husayn with Mirza Faraj Allah, 1803
Mulla ‘Abd al-Husayn (son of Mulla ‘Abd al-Rahim) and Nisa’ Khanum (daughter of Karbalayi Baqir) sell their residential house and garden in Surkhab, Tabriz, to Mirza Faraj Allah (son of Mirza Abu Muhammad the former sheriff of Tabriz) for seventeen tumans on behalf of themselves, as the guardians of the underage children of Mulla Muhammad Riza (Zayn al-‘Abidin and Jamal al-Din), and on behalf of Sara Baygum.

Sale document of Maryam Baygum and Qamar Nisa’, 1832
On April 2, 1832, Mir ‘Abd al-Husayn Khan with the power of attorney from his wife, Maryam Baygum, sells one-fourth of Bagh-i Baygum to Qamar Nisa’, daughter of Zaynal Khan, for thirty six tumans. On the margin, dated April 7, 1833, Shaykh Zayn al-‘Abidin, with the power of attorney from Qamar Nisa’ Khanum, sells the mentioned property to Mirza Aqa’i, who has the power of attorney from Ishaq Khan (son of Ibrahim Khan), for thirty tumans and a detriment fee of eight tumans
